Astrology: The Cardinal Cross, a Really Awful Alignment

I believe that the oil gusher in the Gulf is our disaster.  It blew on the 20th of April, which fits this scenario exactly.
These alignments of major planets are triggered by lunations.  I'm thinking that the actual triggering event happened on the New Moon of April 14. - L.

Crawford says of the Cardinal Climax, "It makes the hair on the back of my neck
stand up. I looked at records going back to the 1800's, and this is the most
difficult alignment I found. When I was at a conference in Boston last month,
someone said this was the most difficult alignment they have seen in the last
"1,000 years." Another person told me this is the worst alignment in "10,000
years."

Sounds a bit scary now doesn't it!

The Cardinal Climax is a powerful planetary configuration that many astrologers
consider to be one of the most unusual and challenging of the 21st Century. Ray
Merriman coined the term "Cardinal Climax" in 1999, and much has been written on
Saturn, Uranus and Pluto all entering cardinal signs in hard aspect to each
other. Pluto in Capricorn is the harbinger, followed by Saturn moving into Libra
this fall, and Uranus into Aries in May 2010. The impact of the Cardinal Climax
is from 2008-2015.

Astrology's Cardinal Climax of 2009-201285

Astrology of 2010 through the Mirror of History
Right before the moment of coherence is the point of maximum chaos.

Just 2 years before the prophesied Mayan calendar end date of December 21, 2012,
in the summer of 2010, 2 transpersonal planets, Uranus and Pluto, 2 social
planets, Jupiter and Saturn, and 2 personal planets, the Sun and Mars, will
confront each other upon the Cross of Matter in one of the most intense
formations in all of astrology, often experienced only once in a human lifetime,
a Grand Cardinal Cross. The waiting is over....

The Cardinal signs are the initiators of the zodiac, the outward, expressive
thrust of energy in each of the four elements and seasons. Hence, Aries is
cardinal fire and the spark of spring. Cancer is cardinal water and ignites the
summer solstice. Libra is cardinal air and marks the autumn equinox. Capricorn
is cardinal earth and initiates the dark season at the winter solstice. Since
they rule the seasons, the alignment of many planets upon the Cardinal signs can
literally change the face of the earth. We are about to embark on a time of
dramatic change, mounting tension, and the aching pulse for a whole new paradigm
of human existence. Do we have a map for the mystery? Are we in completely
uncharted waters?

History does in fact repeat itself, only in an updated form, with new masks,
costumes, and stakes at play. Planets represent evolutionary urges or archetypal
forces within our soul. All of history can be studied as a series of
interdependent planetary cycles, where planets relate to each other in specific
geometric formations, called Aspects, and when planets occupy particular signs
or primal energies of the zodiac. By combining these two modalities of study
with astrology and history, we can cultivate an elaborate toolbelt from which to
foreshadow the energies approaching all of us.

In Richard Tarnas' epic study of archetypal history, Cosmos and Psyche, he
describes the rare experiences where multiple archetypal cycles overlap,
involving Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto, as begins in 2010. We find this explosive
dynamic during the French Revolution, in 1929-1933, and during the mid 60's.

Of the overlapping, tense asngles between Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto, Tarnas
writes, "Especially problematic in such eras was the extreme intensification of
both wisdespread revolutionaryy upheaval and violent authoritarian repression in
a tightly bound dialectic, mutually activating each other."

The 1793-1796 combination of these three planetary forces gave birth to the
Reign of Terror. Dictatorial "revolution" was assumed by the Committee of Public
Safety, a term which foreshadows the current geopolitical Orwellian linguistics.
This committee attempted to control the entire populace through fear mongering,
pressuring neighbors and family members to inform on each other, rushing
imprisonments, trials, and executions, and suppressing all women's societies,
with their leaders imprisoned and guillotined. In response to this massive
slaughter of the populace, the highly conservative Thermidorean Reaction took
charge. This all sounds quite similar to the 2009 geopolitical rhetoric,
especially in the United States.

The 1964-67 period included the outbreak and intensification of the Vietnam War
along with urban riots in over 120 cities, the assassination of Malcolm X, and
the stampeding repressive 'revolution' in China under Mao Tse Tung's Red Guards.
All of these events led to the last years of the 60's, the psychedelic explosion
of the flower power movement and Woodstock, and the further assassinations of
Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr.

Within a month of 'the blackest day in stock market history, in October of 1929,
Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto moved within one degree of an exact T-square
formation, mirroring the 2010-11 angle of tension. This formation sets the stage
for all the ensuing events of the 1930's, including the rise of dictatorial
regimes, communist, nationalist, and other sociopolitical movements, labor
unrest, and widespread immigration.

In the 3 above examples, we witness unforgettable pivot points in history's
march which mirror back to us in this present moment, overlapping cycles and
subsequent themes emerging on the planet through the entire decade of the
2010's. We will unpack all of these further, but briefly, the Saturn-Uranus
cycle produces conflict between Saturnian authority's order and structure and
the forces of Uranian rebellion seeking freedom and innovative change. This
cycle combines with the Saturn-Pluto cycle: its widespread financial failures,
the rise of totalitarian regimes, poverty, despair, and a need to study the
depths of the soul. A final layer to the above complexes, are the energies
erupting under the Uranus-Pluto cycle: mass movements, radical philosophies and
politics, cultural upheaval, and a volcanic creative counterculture.
Overwhelming, traumatic, and often catastrophic effects ripple out as
sociopolitical tsunamis during this potent planetary cycle. What each of these
cycles unveils to the collective psyche are systemic problems that catalyze huge
breakdowns of socio-political structures, and equally massive breakthoughs in
human consciousness.

The 1929-33 configuration of planets. contains a special resonance for the
2010's because of its position on the Cardinal Axis. This was the last time
Uranus occupied Aries and opposed Saturn in Libra, both squaring Pluto, who was
then in Cancer, the opposite sign of its 2010 transit through Capricorn. During
the years surrounding the Great Depression, Pluto transited the U.S. Sun and
Mercury, annihilating the very vitality (Sun) of the country and its ability to
trade (Mercury).

The cardinal climax will directly challenge the majority of the U.S. birthchart.
For instance, between 2008-2022, the archetypal force of Pluto will dominate the
U.S. populace in a cascade of intensifying experiences that will force a
complete destruction and regeneration of the United States.
In succession,
beginnng in 2008, Pluto will oppose the U.S. Venus, Jupiter, Sun, and Mercury,
in addition to squaring the U.S. Saturn and Chiron, all before climaxing in the
country's Pluto return in 2022, a first in U.S. History. Stress, tension, and
volatility are understatements in this scenario. Will the United States still be
'united' at this point? Will the U.S. dollar exist or signify anything? How will
the citizens of the United States regenerate themselves and their country? Will
there be a one-world government with one currency and what will the effect of
this be? Will climate change and species depopulation force our consciousness to
shift through global cataclysm? What new forms of art, what scientific
discoveries, what emerging spiritualities will guide Gaia and her species
through the pressures of her birth canal into self-aware, ascending beings
participating in a unified, multidimensional consciousness?
...

Saturn-Pluto - an Introduction

It is important for us to begin with the Saturn-Pluto complex for a number of
reasons. First, the cycle peaks during the winter of 2009-2010 and the summer of
2010 with a tense waning square formation. Secondly, Saturn-Pluto will continue
through the entire decade of the 2010s, as the two planets powerfully join
forces between 2019-2020, with a conjunction in Capricorn. Also, Pluto is in
Saturn's sign of rulership, Capricorn through 2022, while Saturn will occupy
Pluto's sign of affinity, Scorpio, between 2012-2014. That 2.5 year period will
mark a mutual reception, where the two planets occupy each other's signs and
work to mutually enhance and enforce their combined energies onto the planet as
a whole. These two facts emphasize the importance of these archetypes to
demonstrate key events erupting on the planet and within our souls over the
decade of the 2010's.

Additionally, everyone on the planet will experience Saturn transiting their
natal Pluto between 2004 and 2017. This can be one of the more challenging of
aspects in astrology as the grime and grit and depth and mystery of our souls
must be confronted and integrated. Often we are shoved to our very limits with
this transit. Our core wounds are revealed and seek to catalyze a deeper breadth
of self awareness, acting as transformative agents on our paths of evolution. As
Saturn transits our personal Pluto, he applies pressure to our generational
purposes to regenerate and rebirth an archetype.

In our studies of the Saturn-Pluto complex, we will traverse complicated, vast,
and intense realms of consciousness, from the need to shift from a monetary to a
resource-based economy to the psychological foundations of war. We will venture
into artifical intelligence and examine expolitics - the consequences of alien
contact for humanity. We will study the territory of the the soul itself by
discussing the breakthrough potential of past life therapy, cathartic
breathwork, shamanic journeying, and karmic astrology. We will also dive into
the film, music, literature, philosophies, and psychological studies of previous
Saturn-Pluto cycles, which can support us with luminous candles of insight in
our journey through the dark and perplexing caverns of the Saturn-Pluto
combination.

Lorae here: Let's choose the full moon/eclipse date of June 26, 2010
We've got a cross:

Sun conjunct Mercury in 4 degrees of Cancer, Moon in 4
degrees of Capricorn, opposite sun/mercury. This is a lunar eclipse

Uranus in 0 degrees of Aries, square to the Sun and Mercury
Pluto in 4 degrees of Capricorn, conjunct moon, opposite sun/mercury,
square Uranus. YIKES! Jupiter conjunct Uranus at 2 degrees of Aries.
sounds like revolution-time to me.

Saturn is in 28 degrees of Virgo, almost into Libra (Cardinal), so is oppostie Uranus/Jupiter, square Sun/Mercury, square Moon,
square Pluto in Capricorn.

MAN, THIS IS INTENSE!

Saturn in Virgo is growing things, the ecological earth environment
Opposing Uranus/Jupiter in Aries.   Uranus in Aries is idealistic revolution, conjunct Jupiter means that good-will and optomism are the operative words.

Our would-be rulers know all this.  I would assume that they're rather worried.  What they might try to do is use this "revolution" as an excuse for a clamp-down.  But Aries energy is TREMONDOUS, very fiery.  Uranus/Jupiter symbolizes utopian ideals.  A clamp-down might backfire...

Sun/Mercury in Cancer represents water/sea/growing alive things.  This is opposite the moon/Pluto conjunction in Capricorn.
So: living ocean creatures and plants are assaulted by a Pluto-like explosion from Capricorn (Earth). Mercury (communication/mind) is right there with the Sun (consciousness), so this whole episode will be known all over the world.

Thank god, Neptune and Mars are kinda on the sidelines. Neptune 28 Aquarius, Mars 13 Virgo, Venus 13 Leo.

July 11, 2010
Total Solar eclipse on July 11. In Cancer. Jeez. Let's take a look:
Sun and moon conjunct in 19 degrees of Cancer, (out of orb) opposite ol' Pluto
in 3 degrees of Capricorn. These are square Uranus conjunct Jupiter in 0 and 3
degrees repectively, in Aries.

Since the sun and mercury are "out of orb", this isn't as violent as the
previous lunar eclipse. That is, the sun and mercury don't interact so strongly
to Pluto/Uranus/Jupiter.

Keep in mind that Jupiter is quite benevolent, and Uranus can simply represent
the yearning for freedom.

Pluto, however, involves violent upheavals. It rules
atomic blasts and volcanoes. This oil "spill" is actually an oil volcano, IMO.

Thank you, lorae,  You're my favorite hippie chick!
(that's intended as a compliment!)

The PTB has always used astrology to time their predations on us humans.

The US is due quite a bit of come-uppance and there are plenty of people
around the world who will cheer at the dismantling of America.

The US may have been founded on good principles, but the country was hijacked
by thugs who used it to rape and pillage the world.

Re: Astrology: The Cardinal Cross, a Really Awful Alignment

Thanks for sharing all of this Lorae!  I am always interested to hear astrological perspectives from people who have a much better handle on it than a daily horoscope.  There are some very interesting personal syncs for me in all of this.  I've been working for about two years on a book of my own that I regularly describe as "The EerieElle Operating Manual" - basically it is just my philosophy on life, how it has helped me and how it could help others.  It's kind of a far-reaching personal synthesis of mutual relationships and their underlying significance.  I'm trying to keep it simple and under 150 pages but the editing process is a real pain... especially since I've taken about 700 pages of notes in those two years.

Anyway, I had decided about a month ago that I wanted my book published on its own website (still deciding between Symbiotica or The Monomeme) to download for free by my birthday... July 11th.  The day of a solar eclipse, and in my sign too!  I had no idea it was on that day and I still have no idea what that means, but it's certainly validating.  And for the week after the full moon/eclipse on June 26th I'll be writing/editing in the comforting seclusion of the woods at a friend's cabin.  Thanks so much for your contribution here.

Re: Astrology: The Cardinal Cross, a Really Awful Alignment

Saturday June 12, 2012 is the New Moon at 21° Gemini 24′. Here is Barbara Hand Clow’s monthly New Moon report. http://www.handclow2012.com/astroflash.htm

Gemini New Moon: June 12, 2010 View Chart

“It is the New Moon in Gemini, the time to experience the widest possible dissemination of the things we’ve been creating since the Spring Equinox. As I said in the reading for the Spring Equinox, 2010 is expected to be an unusually formative year-and this is turning out to be absolutely true. The mind-boggling events triggered by the culmination of the Mayan Calendar Underworlds make it hard to think clearly this spring because of rapid time acceleration. With this Moon in Gemini, we must clarify our minds to assess what we are creating in clear and grounded ways. Otherwise, you can be seized by the Gemini frizzle-trying to do a million things at once while never finishing anything. Regarding getting caught in the frizzle, remember that the collective realm is being created by what each one of us is thinking about; during this lunar cycle, you must reign in your mind-or suffer the consequences!

The previous Full Moon in Sagittarius on May 27 set some processes in motion that are deeply influencing the solar and planetary fields during this New Moon: Uranus went into Aries during the Full Moon, and then Saturn went direct on May 30, and Neptune went retrograde on May 31. When Uranus went into Aries during the May Full Moon, a no-holds-barred recklessness gripped our collective minds, a push to “just do it”! Right during the Full Moon, British Petroleum attempted to stuff the oil volcano with sand and junk, the “Top Kill” approach, and Israeli commandos attacked a flotilla going to assist Gaza carrying humanitarian supplies and peace activists from many countries. Financial markets were destabilized by problems in the European Union, and the world feared another financial collapse. When Saturn went direct on May 31, there were worldwide demonstrations against Israeli aggression and the Gaza blockade, and more of Israel’s friends, such as Turkey, withdrew their diplomatic support. This Middle Eastern realignment just when Uranus went into Aries, Saturn went direct, and Neptune retrograded is a significant sign of change aimed at making Jerusalem a vortex for peace, not constant aggression. [See The Mayan Code: Time Acceleration and Awakening the World Mind," where I predicted this vortex would open in 2008, so this movement is way overdue.]

On June 8, Jupiter attained its first of three conjunctions with Uranus, which signals big turning points in financial structures and general wellbeing. On that day, we heard that the distinguished White House correspondent Helen Thomas was being vilified because she spoke out rashly against international Jewish control of Palestine, a big no-no in Washington, DC. We need to examine the Uranus ingress into Aries, which can inspire brilliant and innovative actions or merely rash and thoughtless behavior. No matter which path, people will express themselves, just like Helen Thomas. Uranus is dipping into Aries for just a few short months (May 27-August 14), as Uranus will turn retrograde on July 5 and move back into Pisces on August 15. On March 13, 2011, Uranus will go back into Aries for seven years, and March 2011 is the opening of the Ninth and final Underworld, the Universal Underworld. [See www.Calleman.com for reasons why Calleman has now declared that the opening of the Universal is March 8, not February 11, 2011.] Thus, Uranus is in Aries this year only from May 27 through August 15. Yet, factoring in current time acceleration, during these few short weeks we can identify key transformation processes that can push us to evolve beyond the current quagmire.

The only way we can attain our next evolutionary stage is by means of a group endeavor that leaves no one behind. Therefore, Jerusalem must be freely shared with all three major religions. There are no Chosen People, including the 144,000 who believe they’ve been selected for the “Rapture”, because we are all children of the divine. Many people realize that religious chauvinism must cease now, simply because its not worth destroying the whole world to solve the issues of one group on the planet. Likewise, the disaster created by British Petroleum was the talk of the day on June 8, and many people are realizing that corporate power must be curbed before it is too late.

When Uranus is in Aries during these few short weeks, events will occur that will reveal the nature of the financial and cultural transformations that will define our future. Something new is coming forth now, so identifying it makes it possible to align with new paths. Uranus in Aries is bold and impulsive, and every 84 years it forces things to change that have been stuck a long time. All of us should be looking for these clues during this period because we all need them for a sense of direction in uncharted waters. After all, major Saturn, Jupiter, and Neptune transits are also part of this crazy drama that seems to be spiraling out of control. New innovative shifts are going to be clean paths that lead into the magical transformation of Earth.

On May 30-31, this ripping transformative process was stirred up by the nearly simultaneous directional changes of Saturn and Neptune, and the first Uranus/Jupiter conjunction in early Aries on June 8 opened new realities. Now, the hyperactive and fluttery New Moon in Gemini establishes a new sense of direction, and you do too! As I weave together these other major influences all happening at once, please retain a feeling for Uranus in Aries-either being caught in out-of-control change with little understanding of the consequences, or a literal genius for knowing what to do next, or both! Neptune retrograde offers deep intuition, and Saturn direct brings us confidence to deal with pushy Uranus in Aries. Saturn goes back into Libra on July 21, 2010, when confusion will reign as many people begin to waffle back and forth between options. At that point, Saturn in Libra opposite Uranus/Jupiter in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn will be locked into a cardinal T-square, the so-called Cardinal Crunch.

Under cardinal signs, new actions take over, so Uranus in early Aries makes change unstoppable. It would be smart for you to make needed structural changes right away during this New Moon, because in early July everything will start flying madly around you; you will be grateful for any firm bearings. Through the end of 2012, Saturn in Libra will eventually inspire new ideas of fairness and balance, but in its early degrees, the world will seem to be indecisive and undetermined because we are learning how to handle problems by working with others instead of being such loners. Normally I wouldn’t pay so much attention to Saturn going back into Libra, but 1) the Cardinal Crunch is building, and 2) we are in critical end zones in the Mayan Calendar.

Neptune turns retrograde on May 31 at 29 Aquarius and moves all the way back to 26 Aquarius. Then this elusive planet that rules our connection to spirit turns direct on November 6, the opening day of Day Seven of the Galactic Underworld! Neptune moves into Pisces-its own sign and therefore its highest vibration-in early April 2011, right during the early stages of the Universal Underworld, when it will offer enlightenment to each person. I am decoding this fantastic drama being played out in the skies because all of these planets are manifesting major movements between the May 27 Sagittarius Full Moon and the Gemini New Moon; so, they describe what the Gemini New Moon is disseminating. Regarding Neptune completing its last transit in Aquarius, the period from now until April 21, 2011, is when we each develop our own methods for accessing the spiritual realms. Once you find something that works for you, you will never go back because you will actually experience the spiritual realms creating reality with you. Life is so much easier this way because you are using your whole brain capacity.

There is no reason to doubt the outcome of these monumental transformations, since Jupiter is conjunct Uranus on June 8 expanding the powers of Uranus exponentially. With both planets in 1 Aries moving into cardinal squares with Saturn and Pluto, people won’t hold back. This cardinal T-Square will create riots, revolutions, and mayhem, or world-changing creativity, since we can’t go on as we have been. For each person, this is a time to be grounded, to remember exactly why you are here and where you are going, and to breathe consciously. I also would suggest very little exposure to the media right now, because it will be hammering out the latest Global Elite program that is designed to dishearten you and weaken you-and to steal your soul. For example, news about the oil volcano is only worth watching if the oil predators are being jailed for gross negligence and greedy profit taking!

Before tackling the New Moon reading, I have been asked by many students to offer my perspective on the oil spill. In the Taurus New Moon reading, I said that during May and June we would find ourselves processing the Regional Underworld cataclysms that peaked around 10,000 to 9500 BC. The Icelandic volcano has been doing a nice job of helping us remember the Regional cataclysms, yet, I think the oil volcano is going to end up being the real cataclysm during Night Six of the Galactic Underworld. It is going to change the mix of oceanic species, and it is also going to force our politicians to address corporate irresponsibility and deviousness. For example, if corporations are allowed to continue to rape the planet at this rate, the extinctions could be as great as the extinctions that made way for the Cambrian Era explosion of new species 330 million years ago. This danger lies in the undersea oil plumes, which are “having a drastic impact on the chemistry of the ocean, with dissolved oxygen levels plunging as each plume drifted through the sea.” ["Scientists Build a Case for Undersea Plumes", New York Times, May 29, 2010.] To lighten things up, several other students commented, “At least the Pope got a break,” which sounds like a cute joke, yet it is true, since the Pope may have been close to getting sacked himself.

In Chapter Two of Alchemy of Nine Dimensions, I discuss Thomas Gold’s “Abiotic Oil Theory”, which proves that oil is a renewable resource because it is being continually created deep below Earth’s crust. You’ll have to check Alchemy or the Internet for the full description of this theory, which has been deeply hidden from the public eye. The belief that oil is a nonrenewable resource has made it possible for corporate oil predators to manipulate the world through the latter half of the Planetary Underworld. That is, the public thinks oil is scarce and soon to be used up, so they pay high prices for black gold and support dangerous practices such as offshore drilling. Gold’s theory has been widely known in scientific circles since the 1970s, when the Russians built around 300 deep drills to tap the renewing oil. Meanwhile, it is much easier, cheaper, and riskier to reach the deep oil sources by extending a pipe down to the ocean floor, where the oil sources are closer to the crust, than it is to drill through miles of bedrock. But, the oceanic pressures make this method very risky.

In other words, the latest BP gusher is not about a pocket of oil that will soon empty out, BP has pierced the circulatory system of the Mother and she is bleeding! This is the great cataclysm of our times that will likely cause mass extinctions of many species.

There is even more going on here. For many years now, people have nervously awaited April 19-20 because terrible events have occurred mostly in the US, such as the murder of David Koresh and his community at Waco, Texas; the Columbine Massacre in Colorado; and bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in the Oklahoma City. These events were man-caused, just like the oil volcano, and these corporate predators in clean suits are terrorists. In the reading for last month’s New Moon, I commented that, “Humanity has never been so aware that it is in great danger by its own greed and lack of foresightedness.” Seems to me, the oil disaster is the essence of greed, and a threat of this magnitude must force the public to demand that corporations become accountable-all corporations, including the Vatican. So, whew! Let’s see how the creation fields of the Gemini New Moon are going to help us survive personally during the fall of the patriarchy that used the Planetary Underworld time acceleration to create corporations that dominate and rape our planet.

The New Moon in Gemini is simply going to disseminate all activity on the planet as quickly and easily as possible. Lately, the New Moons have had one heavily aspected planet that ends up being the key to the whole scene, and this month it is Mercury, the planetary ruler of Gemini itself. This hyperactive Mercury doubles the dissemination factor. Mercury in 4 Gemini sextiles Jupiter/Uranus, squares Chiron/Neptune, exactly quincunxes Pluto, trines Saturn, and squares Mars. Mercury is awareness-seeing the truth, sensing reality, and knowing how to respond-so during this New Moon, the public is going to wake up and realize that the Global Elite corporations are evil, dishonest, heartless, and dumb. The New Moon itself-with the Sun and Moon in 21 Gemini-is going to be the funnel for this awareness. Newly direct Saturn in Virgo squares the New Moon, an aspect that will temper and ground the public rights. It will easily birth new forms to assist the people, including a sharp turn to alternative and renewable energy methods. Chiron/Neptune trining the New Moon suggests that a deep healing will result from the public awakening, especially since Neptune rules the sea. For example, the corporations were already destroying the oceans, but this catastrophic BP incident makes it possible for more people to see the truth.

Since Mercury rules Gemini, the sign of this month’s New Moon, I will decode the multiple aspects to Mercury. Just allow yourself to feel Mercury as a spinning vortex gyrating in the field that is setting off the powers of all the planets in these multiple aspects. Facile Mercury in Gemini sextile Jupiter/Uranus just past their conjunction in Aries, showcases Mercury’s astonishing transformative skills that we can and will use this month. Focused Mercury square Chiron/Neptune in late Aquarius/early Pisces emphasizes the profound healing and transformation that we all have enjoyed from the sea; many will cry out for cleansing from high spiritual planes. If you do, you will have to begin with your own inner pollution. Pluto, the ruler of oil, exactly quincunxes Mercury, which means the determined ruler of the deep is pushing our species to get intelligent now, to face great peril. Incisive Mercury trine Saturn in Virgo calls for steady Father Time to provide new methods and structures, and to listen to the chorus of free scientists who can offer good solutions. And, Mercury square Mars in Virgo calls for wise and grounded actions in the middle of seemingly impossible dilemmas. Read this paragraph over a few times because this New Moon chart is asking you to become Mercury, to bring awareness to the oceans and to our Mother’s blood, and to adopt his quickening wisdom. Mercury says the wake-up call had to come now, that we should be grateful for the truth.

Jupiter/Uranus trines Venus in Cancer, which suggests that feminine power is healing and transforming our world through the multitude of women who are waiting for the patriarchy to collapse. We must trust in the greater plan now, which has been the challenge all the way through Night Six of the Galactic since last November. Jupiter/Uranus are in opposition to Saturn in Virgo, and Pluto in Capricorn forms the top of a T-square to the opposition. This T-square will move in and out of formation for a long time, and will get even stronger when Saturn goes back into Libra, because then all four planets will be in cardinal signs. Since this New Moon is a reading for the impact of the oil volcano, it is stunning that Pluto, the ruler of oil, is in Capricorn and squaring Saturn opposite Uranus/Jupiter. First of all, Jupiter/Uranus in early Aries opposite Saturn in late Virgo is demanding radical change in all Earth structures, and then the square from Pluto means that the basis of the radical change is transformation of how we use oil in the future. Maybe it took this spill to reveal the cover-up on the Abiotic Oil Theory? One thing I do know, the Planetary Underworld has been the age of industry and oil, the Galactic Underworld is the transformation of this age by technology, so maybe the new technologies will provide some solutions.

Chiron and Neptune are conjunct, which means the theme of going into the deepest wounds in order to access spirit is relentless. They oppose Mars in Virgo, which means this deep healing process is very strong during this lunation. This aspect rules the sea by means of Neptune, so again I see signs of potential great change here. And, I am optimistic as usual, and in this case because Saturn exactly sextiles Venus in Cancer, our planet supports our growth and nurturance during these times, which is a miracle. Overall, this lunation is an alchemy in its own right because of all the close aspects to Mercury. Cosmic intelligence will be infusing our planet intensely, and the reading for the Summer Solstice will offer some ideas about how we each must be the alchemist, how we must birth the cosmic awakening in our own lives during this long hot and sticky summer.”

Re: Astrology: The Cardinal Cross, a Really Awful Alignment

Watch the part of the video about the cycles in the I-Ching/Timewave Zero software.

I'm noticing this embedded nesting a lot now.  For instance, thinking that to cast the Merkaba from the oil leak location, you first leave your body, using the Merkaba, then go there and create another Merkaba from that place.  Nesting. Or fractals.  ties in with the ideal that time is a vortex, and as we reach the bottom of the vortex, time goes faster.

Note the dates: I chose June 26 and July 11, 2010

Re: Astrology: The Cardinal Cross, a Really Awful Alignment

Another nested fractal:

None of us now use anything but our focused minds. That's what it's all about.
To repeat:
What I'm getting at is that we MIGHT be beginning to discover how to manipulate our "physical" reality. I suspect that the various "masters" who have been reported to have performed miracle after miracle understood the true nature of our "reality" and knew exactly how to do what they wanted with it.

This ties in with "perception" and the repeating iterative loop of "perception" and interacting with physical reality. That is, what we perceive as "being", we then project out, which affects materiality (whatever THAT is) and we then perceive that projection. And around and around we go.

About July 11, you might want to read my post again...

Re: Astrology: The Cardinal Cross, a Really Awful Alignment

Hand Clow's latest:
http://www.handclow2012.com/astroflash.htm

AstroFlash!

Humans and societies function within cycles that are mirrored in the sky by the locations of the planets and the Moon going around the Sun. Just as it is possible to consider the basic personalities of the people invited to a party and predict what kind of party might result, it is possible to use planetary analysis to anticipate the qualities of the human social field on Earth during a given period of time. Astrology can predict how individuals might be feeling, just by knowing the archetypal influence of each planet plus the Moon. Just like a wild rock-n-roll dance party is very different from a black-tie dinner party, life on Earth is very different during wartime than it is during peacetime. Astrology also states clearly when an influence begins and is finished; this makes it possible to look back or go forward in time to identify patterns.

Meanwhile, the Elite (powers-that-be that control the world) debunk astrology while using it as a tool to predict human behavior to perpetrate their power games. This site observes how some global political powers use astrology to stay one step ahead of the people.

Astrology is the highest art for analyzing human behavior, and smart people use it. AstroFlash! looks at how the Elite might be planning events for us during the end of the Mayan Calendar, and it offers tips on how to live better amidst such transformative times. Also, this astrological analysis includes the influences of the Days and Nights of the Galactic Underworld-1999-2011, based on Carl Johan Calleman's time acceleration hypothesis, which explores Nine Underworlds of evolution in the universe over 16.4 billion years. AstroFlash! explores how individuals can succeed and be free and happy during the remainder of the Mayan Calendar.

How have we gotten to this critical juncture? Why are 1999 through 2011 so critical for the survival of our species? My recent book Catastrophobia (2001) theorizes that we are afflicted with a crippling, species-level, post-traumatic stress syndrome that I call "catastrophobia". This trauma complex developed 11,500 years ago as the result of a great cosmic catastrophe in our solar system. This malaise in the collective psyche of our species deepened during thousands of years after the 9500 BC cataclysm, when our ancestors endured starvation and horrific environmental stress. Before this time during the Regional Underworld-100,000 BC through AD 2011--Earth was the Garden of Eden; we experienced oneness with our planet. These events that separated us from nature are deeply buried in our minds. Just like adults who once endured early-childhood abuse that they've largely forgotten, we must heal ourselves by recovering these memories and understanding how they have changed us.

Catastrophobia presents evidence that Earth's axis did not tilt very much before 9500 BC, when the cosmic disaster disarranged the whole solar system. Therefore, AstroFlash! is structured by seasonality--equinoxes and solstices-because once the axis tilted, early humans quickly learned how to maximize their potential by arranging their lives by the seasons. Seasonality is not taken into account much in modern times, but it actually has a huge influence on human consciousness. George W. Bush invaded Iraq exactly during the Spring Equinox of 2003 because the Elite knew this moment had formative potential. This was also Day Three of the Galactic, so this invasion caused events that will influence the rest of the Galactic Underworld.

Once Earth's axis tilted 11,500 years ago, the new seasons necessitated agriculture for human survival, and gradually hunter-gatherer cultures gave up their ways of life that were in harmony with nature. Focus on the seasons and lunar cyles goes way back to more than 10,000 years ago, which is why AstroFlash! examines them in detail. I've discovered ancient ways to balance our consciousness by showing how to use the potentiality of each season with intention. I believe that we must utilize the potential of this quarterly pattern to slowly integrate our neurological systems with the changes caused by the recently tilting axis. Like Humpty Dumpty falling off his wall, we can't put ourselves back together again. We can use the cycles of the Moon to master our emotions very effectively when the lunar analysis is understood in light of the four seasons. This technique really helps us handle time acceleration.

The great cataclysm disarranged the solar system and greatly disturbed many planetary patterns. For example, Uranus tilts 90 degrees on its axis. Uranus rules cultural transformations, and by its foundation chart, the United States is very influenced by Uranus. Now that we are moving into the Age of Aquarius, which Uranus rules, the USA is poised to become the global empire. AstroFlash! incorporates the birth chart of the USA in 1776, which is in the Methodology which follows. The ancients discovered they could assess politics realm by examining the conjunctions of Jupiter and Saturn every twenty years-the Trigons. The current Elite, the "Bushites", seized the agenda of the recent May 2000 Trigon. This has enabled them to run the show during the Galactic Underworld, so this site examines their obvious use of astrology. It offers advice on how individuals can get out of the way, as the so-called "leaders" create mass-trauma events, such a 9/11. These things are done because they stimulate catastrophobia and fear.

AstroFlash! breaks the four seasons down into three lunar cycles within the context of major planetary transits. I offer some lunar and seasonal chart comparison with background charts (see Methodology) by means of combust (less than 1 degree by conjunction) aspects. We begin with how you can master seasonality. This is written for people north of the equator, yet if you live south of the equator, just reverse summer and winter.

Seasonality

The New Year is not January 1st! The new year-the Spring Equinox-occurs around March 21, when the Sun enters 0 degrees Aries by geocentric astrology. For Earth, this is when the Sun is directly over the equator. Then it tracks north until it reaches the Tropic of Cancer at 0 degrees Cancer during the Summer Solstice around June 21. Then it turns back and crosses over the equator at 0 degrees Libra during to the Fall Equinox around September 23. It moves south of the equator until it reaches the Tropic of Capricorn at 0 degrees Capricorn on the Winter Solstice around December 21. Then the Sun seems to move north again for its return to the equator for the next Spring Equinox. Of course, the Sun only seems to move in this pattern from Earth's view, since the phenomena is caused by the tilt of Earth's axis as it orbits the Sun during a solar year.

The modern calendar abuses our conciousness! The time to make plans for each year is during the Spring Equinox, not during the so-called "New Year". The most philosophical and spiritual time of the year is the Winter Solstice, which is reduced to addictions and consumerism by Christmas shopping, eating, and drinking. In fact, December 21st to March 21st, the last quarter of the year, is our yearly completion time. The special days and nights right before the Winter Solstice are the most mystical time of the year, and we should meditate for hours during this time. Then when the Sun is in Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces before the Spring Equinox, we should be deepening our understandings of all the things we have learned during the last nine months-the previous Spring Equinox to the Winter Solstice.

The Spring Equinox is the time to identify the intentions we wish to fulfill during the four seasons. Ideas correctly seeded at the Spring Equinox manifest for a year, and I will offer instructions for correctly seeding ideas and manifesting them through the rest of the seasons. During the Summer Solstice, the time has arrived to birth these ideas into recognizable form, like a forming fetus. The Fall Equinox is the time to flesh out, balance, and assess these creations and to weed things out that just are not working. Then the Winter Solstice is the time to enter into deep contemplation to imagine how our personal creations assist others and the planet.

The Winter Solstice is the time to be brutally honest and evaluate whether our ideas enhance others or whether they may actually be detrimental for evolution. A sweet elixir of knowing comes the day of the Winter Solstice when the light begins to return, and each one of us can put greater realities above our personal desires. It is no accident that in Western cultures commercial Christmas is inserted just when people are amazingly psychic and attuned! I suggest you cancel Santa Claus during the Winter Solstice and spend three months reflecting on what you've created during the year.

2010 Summer Solstice: June 21, 2010 / View Chart

The Summer Solstice has arrived, so it is time to breathe, relax, and be sensual; it is time to become fully embodied. Because the spring season was so characterized by exponential evolution, letting down will be difficult this summer unless you assess the great changes in your life and in the world. Otherwise, you will be very confused because so much is going on, just so much chatter. It could be so easy to miss the summer's potential to help flesh out and deepen what you've been creating. Take a look at your Spring Equinox intentions to see how you are doing, and also take note of other things you are involved in that you didn't even plan on. Something very new is going on: In light of this spring's tripling of time acceleration, are you beginning to see that you and the planetary collective are capable of critical leaps that you never really imagined before? Are you beginning to feel that you are capable of advancing to levels beyond what you previously thought were possible?

You must be wondering whether this great acceleration during spring 2010 is going to increase even more? Astrologically, due to coming eclipses with Grand Squares, it looks like the unique spring expansion will lock into entirely new forms during summer 2010. Each special creation we are bringing forth is going to explode from within and pop out into geometrical configurations of great beauty; these patterns will form new matrixes in reality that can hold new evolutionary potential. This will be the ecstatic origami summer, the period when 6D descends down into 3D in all the areas of life where we've each cultivated new potential.

For followers of the 260-day Tzolkin Calendar, this Solstice is a propitious season. The second-to-the-last 260-day round before the end of the Calendar begins with One Manik on June 22. Then the final round opens March 22, 2011, during the Universal Underworld with One Ahau, and it ends with the fabled Thirteen Ahau on October 28, 2011. The Tzolkin Round beginning June 22 is a 260-day cycle during which we can access personal freedom by overcoming personal shortcomings, and then the last Round beginning in March 2011 is the Enlightenment cycle. The new forms in our minds that activated during the spring are vibrant in the Mists of Platonia (see Alchemy of Nine Dimensions), and this summer is the time to pull them down through our species into the solid world. I've never seen anything like the wild, creative, and cosmically formative astrology during this summer season (as well as the Tzolkin Round synchronicity). However, like any great evolutionary leap (such as the Renaissance, with which we are resonating in its early stages now!), we must bear the pain of the death of the old forms as the light increases. In the long sonnet of creation that began 16.4 billion years ago, all the corresponding points during previous Night Sixes are vibrating and changing all levels of life. Our part is to know what is in our minds. [We are now past the midpoint of Night Six of the Galactic Underworld; see Clow, The Mayan Code: Time Acceleration and Awakening the World Mind.]

When the Medici family began bringing art into the darkened medieval world during the early Renaissance (1450s), Europe was struggling to create viable states-and that is the time period of the National Underworld with which we are resonating. Also, we are resonating with the early Regional Underworld survivalist period that came on the heels of the 9500 BC cataclysm. That was when the Earth nearly died-and now our seas struggle to stay alive. The spewing Planetary Underworld oil reveals the truth: patriarchal corporate irresponsibility must go-or else Earth dies. What is going to happen? Because the oil volcano erupted exactly when we were poised to remember and process the cataclysm 11,500 years ago, the horrendous gusher is awakening collective memory of the need to survive by co-creating community with Gaia. We need to remember how to hear and see the voice and visions of our planet. The BP disaster helps us all to see that the fundamental basis of the patriarchy-using the planet for human desires-is erroneous. As you will see, the astrology shows that this horrific disaster is forcing our species to make a radical shift this summer.

As we look for how to return to balance, let's begin by examining the Solstice chart. Due to the insane intensity of this chart, I challenge you: Do you really feel that a potentially better future is coming? If you do not, I am providing an exercise later to help you see why you are a pessimist. The 2010 Solstice reading contains the most ominous, challenging, and potent messages I have ever seen in any seasonal chart-and remember its influence holds all the way to the Fall Equinox. These are the times that challenge our souls, yet I have no doubts that greatness will emerge.

If you are feeling pessimistic, how can you reach for greatness if you can't imagine it in the first place? How do you imagine it? You must search deep inside for the potential you have always known was coming, and then you must create images for the new world coming that you can actually feel. For example, Carl Calleman has given us the true story of our long evolutionary journey and demonstrated that it is divinely guided; we really do live in a Purposeful Universe. Carl is asking people to discover divine guidance by joining in on Conscious Convergence on July 17. [Visit www.Calleman.com for more information on this special date.] We must surrender to this process and trust now. Luckily, current astrology is a great big kick in the butt!

In the chart for the Summer Solstice, the Sun moves into Cancer and opposes Pluto, while Pluto squares Jupiter/Uranus which are opposing Saturn. That is, summer intensification arrives in the frequency field of a Grand Square in early cardinal signs (except for Saturn in late Virgo racing for cardinal Libra). During this Solstice, the Cardinal Crunch goes into first gear and culminates during the next New Moon on July 11, a total solar eclipse. When planets are in early cardinal signs, we are initiating a whole new creative phase as the old forms collapse, and the Grand Square locks in this new phase. Grand Squares are rare astrological configurations that force us to totally change ourselves by integrating the great creative potential of oppositions. I've always loved Grand Squares, yet they are tremendously difficult to understand and experience. In August 1999, we had a series of T-Squares in fixed signs involving Saturn in Taurus, Uranus in Aquarius, Mars in Scorpio that created a Grand Square to the New Moon in Leo. With the benefit of hindsight, I can see that this Grand Square locked in the emerging Galactic Underworld agenda. And now the June/July 2010 Grand Squares are preparing the planetary frequency field for the Universal Underworld in 2011.

As we being to approach Day Seven of the Galactic Underworld (November 3), we are being nearly swept away in the collapsing Planetary and National Underworld paradigms. This summer's cardinal Grand Squares will grind up the remaining detritus so that new paths can open. What do I mean? Well, a set of collective beliefs created all the National and Planetary agendas, and now these beliefs are collapsing. For example, the three great world religions are collapsing in a vortex of war and sexual abuse. The elements that remain, such as Gaian experiential spirituality, will be the seeds of a new world waiting to be born during 2011 and solidified during 2012. So, let's pick apart this amazing Grand Square, which describes the general field for the whole summer. The Grand Square itself describes a new form, and the planets that are not involved in it suggest how we may execute this form. It helps to think of the Solstice Grand Square as a 6D architectural design that is reformulating the solid world. The 6D design is engendered in our minds as we follow our fascinations and release attachments. Then, because the June 26 lunar eclipse will pull the design down into 3D and lock it in, opposing elements (the Elite) can't redesign the plan.

The Sun moving into Cancer radiates the desire to nurture and be nurtured as the Goddess awakens in Earth. Directing this womb-like nest, the close square from Jupiter/Uranus in Aries proposes we have the resources (Jupiter) and the creativity (Uranus) to imagine a new world now; and since these planets are in Aries, we will act on this vision. There can be no lying to ourselves or avoidance with Jupiter/Uranus in such a close square to the Solstice Sun, especially since the Sun exactly squares Uranus during the evening of the Solstice. This intense square will shake out the angry people who resist changing our world. Pluto in Capricorn, courageously leading the ultimate transformation of our world for the next twenty years, is right there opposing the Solstice Sun; Pluto demands deep change now. Meanwhile, Pluto is pushed to the max by the Uranus/Jupiter square. Grumbling from the inner Earth, Pluto says, "You can't survive unless you are honest and care for life on this planet now." Saturn in newly direct Virgo totally supports the new structure coming in and helps to find ways to solidify it. Saturn is racing toward Libra to initiate new things by joining the other planets in the cardinal signs. When Saturn goes back into Libra on July 21, the world will be a complex design of long strings of aligned dominoes; and then Saturn will tip the domino lines into cascading freefalls. The Solstice and eclipse charts reveal the geometry of the 2010 domino design.

Let's now look at the other planets for guidance on how we can survive this great shift as it goes into gear; they can help us imagine how to play our own roles in this cosmic drama. Chiron/Neptune, continuing to travel close together in the sky all year, trine the Solstice Sun; they are singing exquisite songs of spiritual healing, like gossamer goddesses playing lyres as they emerge from Greek temples. The influence on each one of us over the past two years by the Chiron/Neptune conjunction is the reason we are ready for this great Grand Square; these two planets proudly trine the Solstice Sun to be there for you. We are all hungry for the new forms and to know what out world will be like, so Chiron/Neptune are with us no matter how difficult things get. How will we be feeling this summer? The Moon in late Libra poised to go into Scorpio exactly trines the Solstice Sun and forms the third angle of a beautiful Grand Trine-Sun exactly trine Chiron/Neptune exactly trine the Moon-that is the most graceful, poetic, watery, and nurturing gift in this chart. We will feel the strength of summer's bounty while we change, change, change. And, Mars in steady and reliable Virgo widely opposes Chiron/Neptune, as if he is giving the Grand Trine a boost of steady earth energy.

The most peculiar planet in the Solstice chart is Mercury with no close aspects in Gemini, an intriguing placement in light of the reading for the Gemini New Moon. Recall that the previous New Moon set off rapid and constant change, as it opened the gates to our spirit guides if we asked them for guidance. I even offered an easy technique for doing that, which is still posted. In the Solstice chart, since Mercury is still in Gemini, this fast dissemination power continues through the summer unabated. That is, you will be able to call on your guides and spirit helpers constantly, and as you work with them, you free them to dream in your world. As you can see with the oil disaster, we can be destructive, or we can invite the spiritual guides into our world to create with us. They can guide us to solve the great errors that could destroy our planet, as long as we agree to do the work through our own bodies. With Mercury in Gemini with no close aspects, I sense that mundane Mercury is getting his plug pulled this summer. It is even possible that this lesser role with Mercury could enhance our communication with spirits, especially with Uranus (higher mind) in Aries conjuncting Jupiter. This suggests many people will allow less media and computer contact, and spend more time with real intuition.

At this point you may feel overwhelmed and wonder why you ever consulted this site. Well, you haven't seen anything yet! As previously mentioned, we must also look at the June 26 Capricorn Eclipse [chart not shown] because is occurs 5 days after the Solstice, and because it is going to lock in the powers of the Summer Solstice Grand Square. This lunar eclipse is going to increase the Solstice potency exponentially; it is almost impossible to imagine what it will create, although an increase in solar flares and a global awareness of the pain to come from the oil volcano are likely. [I hope most of you can throw this chart up on your computer or check astrological magazines to view it.]

Of course, the cardinal Grand Square is still in close formation five days after the Summer Solstice, so many things in the Solstice reading will still apply. But, as if to emphasize the importance of this Grand Square, the Full Moon in 5 Capricorn conjuncts Pluto (in the Grand Square), and Mercury in 2 Cancer is back in aspect by moving close to the oppositional Sun in 5 Cancer. That is, the Grand Square during the Lunar Eclipse has 12 squares and six oppositions, and they are all very close. Since it is an eclipse, the Cancer/Capricorn oppositions also include the lunar nodes. This is the most disturbing and potentially enlightening chart I have ever seen. It rings and rings of shifting vibrations, intentional personal changes, and astonishing cosmic forces.

I wrote about Exopolitics-the reentry of Earth into Universe society in 2011-in The Mayan Code, and this eclipse signifies contact and communication with other realms, a difficult possibility at best. Your only recourse is to know yourself when you are faced with the Other, and this eclipse can enable you to see much truth about yourself. Never forget that we are sovereign in our dimension-3D-and off-planet beings can only influence us by working through our thoughts and emotions. In a moment, I will offer a few simple suggestions for looking within, but first let's get deeper into the astrology. [As an aside, I would suggest you'd be smart to stay home on June 26. Any distraction will take down your ability to imprint this extraordinary configuration.]

So, here are the June 26 Full Moon/lunar eclipse aspects: Sun/Mercury on the South Node oppose Pluto/Moon on the north Node, and Saturn opposes Uranus/Jupiter squaring the Full Moon opposition. The Full Moon with Pluto in Capricorn is very potent and activates deep and honest emotions. Capricorn can build mountains, yet stirred up by Pluto and in opposition to Sun/Mercury in Cancer, we will feel despair over the current fate of Earth.

Our planet will be downloaded through our species with an awesome realization of the danger Gaia is handling; in some way the people will humble the destroyers. As people feel the excruciating emotions brought on by sacrificed animals and decimated water, they will see wars for what they are-greedy patriarchal games to get power for the Elite. I am not saying these things will change right away, but human minds will have changed by fall, which will then change events. Uranus/Jupiter squaring the Full Moon will push these overwhelming responses to the great life crisis into a nonstop transformative mode. Saturn opposing Uranus/Jupiter will ground these very high frequencies into Earth through our personal consciousness. Full Moons expose how we feel right now, and then when the Moon is eclipsed, our access to why we feel the way we do is occluded for a little while. This wrenches us into being able to feel deeply for everything else but us because ego is restrained. That is, this eclipse is going to force most people to realize their part in this current destruction. With the eclipsed Moon conjunct Pluto in a Grand Square, this crisis cannot be avoided anymore. Individuals and groups around the planet will demand more and they will fight to survive.

The Lunar eclipse on June 26 is going to set fire to the Solstice agendas. This focus will be very powerful and useful for people aligned to spirit, and it will be very threatening for people who can't figure out what's going on. The old ways of life are over now, the ideas that created these ways have already been forgotten, and we all must surrender to this great transformation. We're all going to need guidance, which is available to us if we just ask. The planet will be showered with knowledge if we ask and it will flow right through us. Your spiritual guides know this is what you've been waiting for, so they will help you to be nurtured, secure, and joyful. Feel Earth as she awakens, and some may need a technique for making yourself more receptive to these new forces coming in.

According to the timing of the Mayan Calendar, we are on the apex of an evolutionary shift on Earth. The only thing that blocks it now is us, and the way we block ourselves is as old as the hills. Have you ever heard of the Seven Deadly Sins? All cultures and religions have some version of the seven sins, and I think these "sins" became an issue when religion developed during the National Underworld. I've come to the conclusion these seven sins are false denominators of human behavior that express fundamental ways we tend to deviate from our potential. From our childhoods and various other influences, most people have a big problem with one or two of the sins, maybe all of them. As far as I can see, these deviations keep us from switching on the signals that can make us totally free. Holding on to them separates us from Earth and her creativity because the idea of these sins makes us feel guilty and judged. So, I'm going to ask you to review your own personal issues with these imbedded thoughtforms, hoping that thinking this one through will clarify a lot of energy in the collective.

The seven deadly sins are: anger, envy, gluttony, greed, laziness, lust, and pride. During the Solstice, considering each one of these sins; see if you can see where you judge yourself. Where you judge yourself may indeed be a place where you need to improve yourself, but it is more likely to be a place where old religious paradigms put you on the cross. The cross and the hanging deity, the supposed model for humanity, is not going to help anybody reach their potential, so let's get off of it!

If you can clear away these seemingly small issues during the Solstice, your ability to absorb the great powers of the June 26 lunar eclipse will be greatly enhanced. This could enable you to draw down powerful spiritual forces right into Gaia. This is not about making you feel bad about yourself, it is about getting you in touch with habits you have that take down your access to spirit. These habits often cause you to miss amazing opportunities staring you right in the face because you are avoiding the intensity of true spiritual contact. So, think about and feel how you handle each one of these emotional response patterns, and when you see that you are deficient somewhere, think about how you could change it. Just intend to change it, very much like making Spring Equinox intentions, and by your intention during this potent Summer Solstice, you will change.

For example, instead of becoming angry, realize you have the power to change the world; instead of falling into envy, know that you are the greatest; instead of being gluttonous, take sensual pleasure with food; instead of being greedy, enjoy your blessings; instead of being lazy, be unstoppable; instead of being lusty, have great sex with your partner; and instead of being prideful, love yourself! We all lose a great deal of energy fighting our personal dragons, and some of us even wreck our lives this way. But, now by the Calendar, we're preparing to bring much greater forces through us, galactic forces that will reconnect us with the whole Universe. We've finished our morality play, and 260 days of untangling it with each other begins on June 22 with One Manik.

We are ready to go beyond small errors because we are being called to engage with large forces. The next New Moon on July 11 continues the eclipse cycle with a solar eclipse at 19 Cancer. That New Moon will enable us to embody some completely new paths, so prepare yourself for this by changing the small but very crippling parts of your personal self so that you can be a vessel of divine light.

Leo New Moon: August 9, 2010 View Chart

The New Moon in Leo has arrived! This is your time to be a star, to delve deeply into your heart and remember your purpose. How do you really want to be? How do you want to express yourself now? What kind of impression do you want to make on the people that you care about the most? This is your moment to shine. This year's Leo New Moon suggests you focus on your personal quest, since you will be constantly tested by radical changes in the world "out there"-the true mirror of your inner self. And, happy birthday, Diana Hand!

When I was a kid, I was fascinated with pinball machines and played them as much as possible. Now, I'm glad I put in my time with the crazy little steel ball flying back and forth from bumper to bumper racking up scores with flashing lights and ringing bells. This New Moon sets up a field that makes us feel like we are the little ball that crashes around from pillar to post in the game of life. We feel ourselves flying madly from point to point, flooded with images from the inner facets of our souls, and these images imprint long lost dreams from forgotten times when we were not separate from Earth. Also, this is a Super Moon when the Moon is closest to the Earth as it conjuncts the Sun, so our deepest feelings are activated. Earth's tectonic systems will be activated by the tidal pull of the Moon, and we'll feel the powers of the second dimension, which could trigger earthquakes, volcanoes, and more floods.

Recalling the Spring Equinox reading, we seem to have gone through three rapid time accelerations during the beginning of our seasonal year. Now, for most of you, the Ecstatic Origami Summer has been fulfilling your expectations beyond belief. This New Moon suggests we will accomplish many things because this is a geometrical expansion of our consciousness. This makes it hard to locate in 3D because this expansion is spherical, which creates adequate space in our bodies to experience multidimensionality. I am seeing many signs that nine dimensions are now ripping the reality field wide open, which can be seen by studying this summer's crop circles: Wow!

Visualizing yourself as an origami sphere, the Pleiadians (the Ps) see that you are painting unusual images on these geometrical surfaces. Often the lines are still indistinct, but you are actually making Earth visible to the Pleiades! For example, with Pluto in Capricorn, the Ps see your visions of the underworld god as a determined goat butting his horns at global banks and corporations, Catholic rectories, and Afghan governments. Yet, these teetering structures are still standing. The Leo Sun shines brightly in your faces while you form your geometrical bodies. On the space reserved for Saturn's imprint, we see images of things balancing now, but then as soon as one thing stabilizes, it morphs into a new shape. The surface designated for Uranus is the largest, while Jupiter moves in closer and closer. We see images of people demanding what they deserve, what they've awaited for many years, as the power of Aries increases.

The colors of these exquisite origami facets will be fully painted this fall, and these exciting personal spheres will support your personal development. Recently I had to take some peeks into the near future, since before Gerry and I depart on our fall trip, I have to write multiple files for AstroFlash! Much to my delight and astonishment, the origami spheres we've been creating that were seeded during the spring's triple time-acceleration will be very complete by the end of summer! Therefore, during the Fall Equinox, you will draw down the spiritual dimensions right into your expanded geometry, which will draw divine realms down into your hearts. The New Moon in Leo is the ideal time to intentionally open your heart, and this is especially important this summer. And cosmic balancing is coming when the Sun passes into Libra. With all these powers in Aries/Libra, the human harmonic is resonating out into the universe. The natural vibrational tone of Earth is singing to the stars, and they are singing back.

The New Moon in 17 Leo has no aspects to it, which is unusual. This lonely, dark, gravitationally-activated Moon evokes the remembrance of desires we've kept deeply hidden in our hearts. Be honest about it: every one of you longs for deep initiation, for total bliss in the now, and for being an avatar, a star. Well, why not? Without aspects to it, this Leo New Moon explodes your heart's central cavity and disperses your desires out into the cosmic realms. Because you've built your origami sphere, you can move out safely into the geometrical scaffolding that you are generating. Who ever said you can't pursue your bliss and expand your pure heart? Stop reading for a moment and listen to those "Blue Meanies" that say you can't be what you want to be. Acknowledge them, then banish them to flow away down the river of time. Choosing cosmic bliss is about using your formidable will powers, the courage of your heart. This T-square to Pluto in Capricorn involving six planets is the vehicle for strengthening your wills during this New Moon. Normally, the New Moon in Leo would be the tool we'd use to activate our wills, but instead we need to use the cardinal T-square, since this New Moon has no aspects. The question is, how?

Saturn, Venus, and Mars are conjunct in early Libra; thus, as we receive (Venus) new structures (Saturn), we are able to integrate and activate them (Mars). A tremendous release of knowledge and potential new perspectives is permeating reality because of the Afghan war leaks (Wikileaks.com), the oil volcano, the struggles to reform immigration, and worldwide anger over being robbed by the Elite. When something changes in one place, it changes in another, so everything is shifting in your personal lives. Mars will be close to Venus in Libra until mid-September, and then they travel together in Scorpio into mid-October. Mars and Venus traveling together in the sky means that when we receive information, we act on it easily and forcefully. Things are moving now, and men and women will work together well and joyfully. During the Leo New Moon, this reception/action principle is all about new structures inspired by Saturn's balancing influence in Libra.

Much of what will be created will come out of the new balances constructed out of old things. For example, I think the end is in sight for the Afghan War because people are plain tired of it and not convinced by government propaganda. The leaks of secret files make it harder and harder to persuade people to support war, especially the soldiers. These changes in viewpoint are expanded and transformed by Jupiter/Uranus opposing the three planets in Libra, because as soon as something formulates that works at all, it tends to get bigger and bigger. Your emerging origami geometrical body makes free space for new ways to be. Then, this pulling apart of outworn habits by all the Libra/Aries tension nucleates the old junk in the ferocious entrails of Pluto, who looms over the struggle. It is time for the politicians and generals of the West to see that they are choosing death and mayhem if they continue to invade the East and pursue their hidden agendas.

Amidst tension in early June over the blockage of flotillas attempting to deliver relief to starving Gaza, Jupiter exactly conjuncted Uranus (0 Aries) on June 8. The 90-year old journalist, Helen Thomas, spoke out against Jewish control of Palestine, and she was immediately retired as if she had become a dingbat old lady. Retrograde Jupiter is again getting closer to retrograde Uranus, and there will be a second conjunction in late Pisces a few days before the Fall Equinox. This conjunction inspires the protection of basic rights, so there will be more demands to take care of the less fortunate, and people will rise up against bullies, pigs, and destroyers. This T-square is potent enough to cause revolutions, so I advise you to take great care now. It would be wise to identify what happened or what you were feeling when Saturn opposed Uranus for the fifth and last time on July 26, the only opposition that occurs in Aries/Libra. On the very day of the first Saturn/Uranus (in Virgo/Pisces) opposition on November 8, 2008, Obama was elected. This is why the world looks to the United States to change first, so the world can follow. The Afghan War files were leaked a few hours before the final Saturn/Uranus opposition, so this exposure of how the game of war is played will end this occupation. During the exact opposition, we had the White House Press Secretary Gibbs trying to play down its shattering effects; this certainly seems to be The Summer of Leaks.

The facts are, the leaks are a stunning blow to the American war effort, and it will probably contribute to the end of the war, just as Daniel Ellsburg's Pentagon Papers ended the Vietnam War. Of course, we know this war is ending, since the Afghan leaks occurred exactly during the final Saturn/Uranus opposition. This is the great transit that always throws out old forms to make space for new possibilities. Then, in the days after the final opposition, due to the arrival of Mars, then Venus, in Libra, we've had constant oppositions to Uranus and Jupiter and constant squares to Pluto, the summer pinball game. New paths are forming with Jupiter conjunct Uranus, while the oppositions from Saturn, Venus, and Mars are triggering multiple new possibilities. This stimulation is so fast and constant that it causes old ways to just fly out the window. Then, anybody who tries to hang on to them flies out with them, such as generals, heads of corporations like BP, and journalists who stop parroting the party line; rolling heads are signs of great change.

The demands for truth and justice coming from Jupiter conjunct Uranus in Aries are shifting the balances big time just before the Fall Equinox, when Jupiter and Uranus are back in Pisces manifesting the spiritual aspects of these new paths. Considering this opposition of five planets in Aries/Libra, your opportunities to create peace and harmony in your own life are exemplary, just as you have the opportunity to create peace in the world. Let go of old habits that no longer serve your highest ideals; listen for a change to people who don't agree with you; and speak bravely about any new ideas that excite you. Stretch yourself as much as possible in all the areas of your life because this is a grand opportunity. I know you will challenge yourselves, since this opposition of five planets is aimed straight at the top of the T-square to Pluto in Capricorn, the great cosmic destroyer. Booga! Booga! Go for it!!

Pluto in early Capricorn near the Galactic Center is stimulated in a personal and transpersonal way by the five planets squaring it. Pluto's natural urge is to capture and rape anything in sights, to penetrate things until they wake up and transform into new and stronger forces. Pluto destroys anything that is in the way of growth and change, and in Capricorn, he focuses on large structures that reflect collective agendas. Pluto is about integrity, and so structural forms that do not represent the will of the people are getting an intense cleanout and purification now. The square from Mars in Libra causes Pluto to demand that heads role in wars until the people's intentions are honored. The square from Venus in Libra forces Pluto to hear the feminine and be enticed by gentler and more seductive approaches. (Expect pillow talk revelations this month, and watch the goddesses take down men bloated with power and ego.) The square from Uranus in Aries means that ferocious change and even chaos will go on and on until resistance breaks, since Uranus conjunct Jupiter in Aries is such a huge force. Pushed by all these squares, Pluto will smash anything that must go. The potential of this T-Square is monumental, and there will be great changes in the world by summer's end. Be patient while things crash around you and then reformulate; take a nap if it is too much!

We have to keep asking how we can do this because so much is being asked of us. We turn to Mercury, the little body inside Earth's solar orbit that inspires your mind to read the intentions of the Sun and to use this information to create. Mercury in mid-Virgo is also unaspected! He is past the Sun, which means he is very smart, and he is operating on his own dime in a thorough and careful way because he's in Virgo. We've just experienced one change after another as Venus and Mars stimulated Pluto, Uranus, and Jupiter with squares and opposition, so now Mercury in Virgo helps us clean up the files on the day of the New Moon. The changes during the last lunar month are very unsettling, so Mercury says do an inventory. Forget the larger picture, and list the changes you've made during this last month. Once you've listed them, examine them to see if they are complete, need more work, or maybe you'd like to change something? The Virgo New Moon (September 8) will enable you to focus your new spherical self very well, so now it is time to decide whether you have everything the way you want it to be. Why not? You have a right to be happy!

There is still more going on in this New Moon chart. Chiron is closely conjunct to Neptune in late Aquarius, and they quincunx Saturn, Venus, and Mars in Libra. This is a monumental call to become spiritual warriors, and the best path is alignment with Conscious Convergence, which occurred on July 17/18. On those days, Carl Calleman called us to align with a new pulse that will carry us forward into the Universal Underworld, which opens March 3, 2011. (See www.Calleman.com.) Gerry and I created our intention with a group at the Edgar Cayce Institute in Virginia Beach, and it was a very special time. Gerry and I finally achieved total equality as teachers, and many others said that the Conscious Convergence vibration inspired equality between men and women. So, considering Chiron/Neptune quincunx Mars/Venus/Saturn in Libra, this balancing will inspire deep core healing that opens our relationships to spiritual inspiration. It could cause a great revelation about sexual abuse this month, which makes me think the Vatican won't escape the media during this lunation. I'd like to offer some very interesting information that I've been collecting for awhile.

Months ago, I mentioned a marvelous book by Marsha Keith Schuchard, William Blake's Path to Spiritual Wisdom. This is actually a book about a significant sexual movement during the Planetary Underworld (1755-2011), a movement that involved using sexuality for initiation, which became the deep energy source of secret societies that the Elite operate to control the world. We are not going to break the power of the Elite until their use of sex for controlling humanity is revealed. Once the dirty little secrets are out, abusers can't get away with it. Schuchard's book helped me see that use of sexuality for power is a Planetary Underworld (PU) creation, even though sex for initiation goes back thousands of years when it was not a secret within communities. The PU form of this behavior was used to cull feminine power to fuel industrialization; that is, women's images of themselves were taken from them during this Underworld. Take note of modern advertising and see why women might want to wear burkas! This is a complex topic, and I will not say more, but I suggest those who are curious about this dark and manipulative issue may want to read Schuchard. Meanwhile, we can count on the exposure of more abuse in the Church, especially when Pluto goes direct in September. (There was a noticeable slowdown in the public revelation of priestly sexual abuse when Pluto went retrograde in May.) Once Chiron and Neptune are less than a degree apart from September 2010 through March 2011, these deep wounds will be out in the open, and we will heal them.

I think this lunation is going to be fascinating, productive, creative, and disconcerting. These configurations ask us each to shine, to do our best, to choose to become all that we have always wanted to be. Remember to ask the spirits to assist you, now that you have so successfully called them back into our world. Remember that the Pleiadians have always said the best activity in 3D is sex, so have fun doing it and consider learning more about the profound powers that are inherent in connecting with each other.
