Re: Feel

Molly,

Re your deleted message from yesterday:

Unfortunately many of the things you mentioned are true.
Sex is important to men.  Especially what you mentioned.
But don't hang around men your age because 90% are just clueless jackasses.

You'll have better chances of a meaningful relationship with someone
older and more mature (emotionally) than your current age group.

Go to school and get Certified at something and you'll be more employable.

I married a woman who had a nine year old daughter.
(But the woman also had her nursing degree!)

Sounds like you've reached an impasse.  Time to try something NEW.

Good luck, Molly!

Re: Feel

Hey, Tom.
Sorry i just now noticed anyone replied to this.
Well.. i *did* meet a fellow 10 years older than i back in late January & everything seemed perfect until he started mentioning how important sex is to him & wondering if i would [insert porn star phrases here].
Speaking in chakra terms, i am trying to find more of a green or violet partner but keep running into reds.
Luckily now i care nowhere near as much as i did when i had posted that lol.
I've seriously just accepted it & moved on.
Actually i did go to college a few years once & also got a certification in some audio engineering practices but needless to say that's gotten me nowhere. I personally can not nor will i ever want to be a nurse. I spent a whole couple days recently literally cleaning up my grandmother's poop from herself & three rooms in her house. There's no way in hell i could have that profession on a day to day basis. It's really weird nurses don't make as much $ as doctors since nurses typically have to put up with more of the gross end of things than doctors do.
I'll find my place eventually. Also the IRS needs to do their damn job & get whoever it is that stole my identity & ruined my credit. Must be nice getting paid to sit at a desk not doing jack-squat to help people.

Re: Feel

Well molly, nursing is only one of many choices.  The deal is to get certified at something.  Otherwise you're just
unskilled labor (regardless of how skilled you are) in the eyes of employers.  What you were doing with your
grandma is not nursing.  That's nursing-home shitwork.  I personally went into radiology so I wouldn't have to
do what nurses do.  But unless you work in a hospital on the Med-Surg floor or the cancer ward you don't have
to do what you did all the time.  Hey nurses get paid more that a whole lot of other professions.  Being a doctor
takes a whole lot of education, borrowing money to support yourself while going to school and doing your
internship and then PAYING IT BACK when you start to make money.  Which sucks from the git go. Plus
doctors are not allowed to HEAL people.  They're only allowed to prescribe medicines which don't work so
they can keep treating you and charging you for it.  If you don't do it the way the AMA says, then you're
not allowed to practice medicine.  Either that or insurance companies won't pay for your services.  See?
it's all rigged.
Like Bob Dylan said, "Look out, kid.  They keep it all hid.  Better duck down a manhole,
light yourself a candle, don't wear sandals, try to avoid scandals.  Don't wanna be a bum, better chew gum
THE PUMP DON'T WORK, CAUSE THE VANDALS TOOK THE HANDLE."

---Bob Dylan, Subterranean Homesick Blues, from the album Bringing It All Back Home
