Depression this is your brain on sugar

http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/ … -on-sugar/

Sugar I am finding is 1,000 times more addicting than cigarettes. It is hidden in everything and once you succumb to the sweets like at holidays before you know it you are totally addicted to it.

1000 mg of NIACINIMIDE 3X a day stops and reverses Alzheimer's and also stops DEPRESSION.

(NOT NIACIN!!!) niacinimide.

Aren't they the same thing?  I started taking niacin 3000mg/day for depression and it worked wonders.

Well, niacin makes your skin flush and itch when you take a bunch.

Niacinimide doesn't do that.

When one of my friends told me his mom had Alzheimer's & Dementia, I remembered this post and suggested he try out the advice given.

Around a year on, he tells me she has gone from being 'almost out of control' and him thinking she didn't have long left, to her having 'massively improved' to the point whereby she's now been discharged from the Memory Clinic. Before, she couldn't be left alone in the house, but now she can be on her own all day and at a stretch the whole weekend, provided all she needs (food, etc) is there for her to access.

NIACINIMIDE has been a godsend for them, so thanks TP for the tip.
